Shannon’s roots in Lewisville run deep. He grew up working alongside his grandfather on the family farm, learning the importance of hard work, honesty, and serving others — values that still define his business today.
After 22 years with Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors, Shannon founded Shannon Conrad & Associates, Inc. in 2011 in the heart of Lewisville. He has built a company dedicated to serving neighbors with professionalism, respect, and care.
Shannon is recognized for his expertise in listings, buyer representation, new home construction, land acquisition, and development. With 36 years of local experience, he continues to guide clients through every step of the real estate process with honesty and precision.

Kelly Morris
Office Manager
With 18 years in Lewisville, Kelly Morris is the welcoming voice and heart of our office. Married with four teenagers, Kelly enjoys family life, day trips across North Carolina, concerts, and cheering on her daughter with the West Forsyth Titans.
She’s here to help connect you with the right member of The Conrad Group to buy or sell your property. Then will handle all the details that are needed to be taken care of to ensure a smooth transition.
Stephanie Wilson

Stephanie is a lifelong resident of the Lewisville, Clemmons, and Winston-Salem area with over 20 years of experience working in the Real Estate and Property Management fields.
She developed a passion for housing and architecture at a young age due to exposure to her father’s business in the construction industry. Many summers were spent on jobsites learning about structures, mechanical systems, and general remodeling. All of which ultimately inspired her specialization in distressed properties, renovations, and multi-family living.
When she is not working on home projects, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her daughter during her visits home from college, snuggling with her fur-babies, and reading.

Donna Stinson

Donna has been a licensed North Carolina agent since 2017 with a prior real estate background in Georgia. She gained new construction experience assisting clients with floorplan and homesite selections including exterior and interior finishes. Along with assisting seasoned homebuyers begin new chapters, she provides special attention to first time homebuyers with valuable guidance. She strives to maintain high standards of customer service by keeping clients updated on all market trends and providing the best experience possible.

After 38 years of running private practices, Dr. Kevin Sharp has moved into his next passion, commercial real estate. After nearly 16 years as a private investor in commercial real estate, Sharp has joined Shannon Conrad and Associates as a commercial real estate broker, helping individuals buy, develop and sell commercial property. While based in Lewisville, Sharp is involved with commercial properties in Forsyth, Guilford and Yadkin counties.
